Why we publish every review
At Ronni Nicole, reviews are a conversation, not a marketing tool. We publish every verified review — the glowing compliments, the thoughtful fit notes, and the occasional "not quite for me". That's how trust gets built between a brand and the women who rely on it for their wardrobes.
Every review below comes from a verified customer who purchased directly from our website or one of our authorised retail partners. We do not edit reviews for tone or content, and we never remove a review because it's critical. The only thing we ask is that the review is honest, courteous, and describes the product — not the weather on delivery day.
What our customers are saying
★★★★★
Perfect wedding guest dress
"The faux-wrap midi was everything I hoped. The lining really does smooth without squeezing — I danced all evening and still felt comfortable at midnight. Size 14 fits my bust and waist beautifully."
Helen M. · Surrey · Faux-Wrap Midi Dress
★★★★★
A jumpsuit that actually fits
"I'm 5'4" with a long waist, which usually rules jumpsuits out. The tailored wide-leg in size 12 was perfect — the waist sits where my waist actually is. I've had so many compliments."
Clare D. · Manchester · Tailored Wide-Leg Jumpsuit
★★★★★
Cashmere-blend cardigan — pure joy
"Extraordinarily soft and warm without being bulky. Already pulled it on over a shirt, a dress, and pyjamas (!). Size 10, true to size. Will definitely buy a second in another colour."
Preeti R. · Leeds · Longline Cashmere-Blend Cardigan
★★★★★
Best skirt for curves
"Ordered the bias-cut midi in rose. It drapes over my hips beautifully and the hemline moves in the most flattering way. Size 18, perfect across waist and hip. Third Ronni Nicole piece this year."
Margaret A. · Glasgow · Bias-Cut Slip Skirt
★★★★☆
Shirt — beautiful but a touch long
"Lovely cotton, perfect collar, mother-of-pearl buttons are gorgeous. I'm 5'2" so the shirt was a bit long on me. Still wearing it tucked in constantly — but just a heads up for petite shoppers."
Sophie H. · Bristol · Classic Cotton Shirt
★★★★★
Sheath dress for work & beyond
"I work in law and struggle with proper workwear in my size. This sheath in UK 20 is impeccable — structured but not tight, quality lining, gorgeous navy. Wore to a wedding last weekend too."
Nadia J. · London · Signature Sheath Dress
★★★★★
Sweater that actually lasts
"Bought the fine-knit roll-neck last autumn, worn weekly, zero pilling. Second year of heavy rotation and it still looks new. This is what good knitwear used to mean."
Diane W. · Cardiff · Fine-Knit Roll-Neck Sweater
★★★★★
Fit & flare triumph
"I'm 60 and proud — and this dress made me feel 30 again. The tummy-smoothing really works, the print is sophisticated, and the skirt has beautiful movement. Everyone asked where it was from."
Jennifer S. · Edinburgh · Fit & Flare Print Dress
★★★★☆
Great sale find
"Picked up two dresses in the January sale. Exactly the same quality I've come to expect — no corner-cutting. One was a size down in waist than I'd measured, so glad I ordered two."
Laura T. · Newcastle · Sale Purchase · Two Dresses
Patterns we see in customer feedback
"True to size" is the most common phrase
Our drafters work very hard to ensure that a UK 14 today is the same UK 14 it was three years ago. Customers regularly comment that our sizing is consistent between styles, which is something we're genuinely proud of. Before placing a first order, we still recommend measuring yourself against the dress size chart.
The 'O So Slim' lining is a frequent favourite
Our signature smoothing lining attracts more kind words than any other single feature. Customers describe it as "supportive without being squeezy" and "invisible in photos". For many shoppers it's the detail that makes the difference between a dress they wear twice and a dress they reach for every month.
Fabrics that feel better than they photograph
Photographs struggle with drape, weight and hand-feel. Our reviews consistently note that the fabrics are "nicer in real life" than online. This is particularly true of our bias-cut skirts and silky blouses.
Customer service goes a long way
We're regularly mentioned for fast, personal replies to email queries. If a garment arrives damaged or incorrect, we'd rather hear and put it right than leave a shopper disappointed. Do write in — we don't use bots, and our customer service team sit a short walk from the design studio.
How to leave your own review
Every dispatched order includes a short, plain-English email a couple of weeks after delivery, inviting you to share feedback. You can write as much or as little as you like. Photographs are welcome (they're especially helpful for sizing!) but never required. If you'd like to remain anonymous, your first name and city are enough.
If you bought from one of our retail partners and would still like to leave a review, please email hello@ronninicole.co.uk with your order details and we'll arrange a way for you to contribute.
Thank you
Every review shapes the next collection. When a particular silhouette is loved, we develop it further. When sizing feedback shifts, we adjust. When a fabric generates consistent praise, we order more of it. Your words, kind and critical alike, help us become a better fashion house. Browse our categories — jumpsuits, cardigans, sweaters, skirts, and shirts — and look for the reviews beneath each product. They're as much yours as ours.
